At the Fest rides senior Coasties in style
Police cars drive in a conga line

Today we bid farewell to our really great Chief
Hurricane Izzy sure caused him some grief
Retiring today, he’s like a young pup
No more Star or LOOP, his life is looking up

Jim, Mr. B, and Chief all agree
Here you pass a good time with your Coast Guard family
Faces change, but life stays the same
Gotta make the most of our "Coast Guard City" name
